What are the benefits of merino wool for babies?
Merino wool is a special material, it is extremely soft, breathable, hypoallergenic and keeps your baby warm without overheating.
How do I care for merino wool products?
To ensure that our products stay cosy and beautiful for a long time, we would like to give you some loving care tips along the way.
Merino wool is a very special fibre - it can clean itself. It is often enough to simply leave the products outside in the fresh air. Merino wool contains a natural miracle ingredient called lanolin. Lanolin is not only antibacterial, but also acts like a natural soap when it comes into contact with moisture.
Furthermore, our items are suitable for hand washing. You can't go wrong as long as you use cold or lukewarm water (not over 30 degrees) with a gentle wool detergent. Please do not leave your product to soak in the water for too long and avoid any friction to prevent shrinkage. Then rinse out the wool detergent with cold or lukewarm water and lay your product flat on an absorbent towel to dry.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our merino products are ideal for sensitive baby skin as they are soft and hypoallergenic.

How long does shipping usually take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Shipping to Germany usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.
Is there free shipping?
We offer free shipping within Europe. If you want to ship elsewhere, please contact us at any time to enquire about shipping options.

How can I arrange a return?
Returns can be arranged by e-mail.
Simply send us an email to hello@mydearemmy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that the costs for returns cannot be covered.
Please enclose a piece of paper with the return with details of:
name, order number and reason for return.
Is there a time limit for returns?
The goods can be returned to us within 14 days.
Do the products have to be unworn to be returned?
We only accept returns in their original condition: unworn and unwashed items.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods. All returns require prior authorisation within 14 days of the delivery date. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.
